LLP REGISTRATION

Documents required for Registration:-

1. Self Certified Pan Card copy of all the Partners  

2. Self Certified Address Proof (Any of Voter Id, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card) of all Partners.
3. Latest passport size Photograph of all Partners .
4. Utility Bill (Water /Electricity Bill) of premises proposed to be the registered office.
    In case Premises is taken on Rent / Lease (Rent agreement will also be required)

5.  NOC from the Owner of the premises
6.  Copy of Mobile bill/ telephone bill/ electricity bill or Bank Statement of all Partners / promoters with same address  as given in Voter Id, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card.

Process involved in
Incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership

Procedure to Limited Liability Partnership:

1. Apply for digital signatures of Partners who do not have DIN/ Digital Signature
2. Apply for Name Approval after Check for Name Availability
3. After Approval of Name, Form 2 is filed along with Form-3,Form-4, Form-9 .
4. If the E Forms with the documents submitted are found to ok, the Incorporation Certificate will be issued by ROC  along with Pan AND TAX
6. LLP Agreement duly signed by all the partners to be submitted with ROC .
