1. Self-Certified Pan Card copy of Director and Nominee
2. Self-Certified Address Proof (Any one of Voter Id, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card) of Director and Nominee.
3. Latest passport size Photograph of Director and Nominee.
4. Utility Bill (Water /Electricity Bill) of premises proposed to be the registered office.
5. NOC from the Owner of the premises
6. Copy of Mobile bill/ telephone bill/ electricity bill or Bank Statement of all Director and Nominee.
Process involved in
Incorporation of One Person Company Private Limited
Procedure to Register OPC Private Limited Company:
1. Apply for digital signatures of Director and Nominee who do not have DIN/ Digital Signature
2. Apply for Name Approval after Checking for Name Availability
3. Draft the MOA and AOA of the Company
4. File Spice + Form (Part B ) Along with Agile Form
5. If the E Forms with the documents submitted are found to ok, the Incorporation Certificate will be issued by ROC along with Pan AND TAN
