IEC CODE

IEC is the Import and Export code to be issued by the DGFT – Director General of Foreign Trade and is required by all the business enterprises for import and export of goods and services in and outside India. 

Documents in case of proprietorship for IEC Code:-

  1. Self – Certified copy of the Pan 
  2. Passport Size  Photo of the Applicant 
  3. Copy of the Landline Telephone Bill and Electricity Bill
  4. Cancelled cheque
  5. Self –Certified copy of the Address Proof
  6. Rent Agreement /proof of ownership

Documents in case of Partnership for IEC Code:-

  1. Self – Certified copy of the Pan of the firm
  2. Self – Certified copy of the Partnership Deed 
  3.  Passport Size  Photo of the all the Partners 
  4. List of all the Partners along with Contact No
  5. Self – Certified copy of the Pan and address proof  of all the Partners 
  6. Copy of the Landline Telephone Bill and Electricity Bill
  7. Cancelled cheque
  8. Rent Agreement /proof of ownership
  9. NOC From the Other Partner
